Hi. I’m Billy.
Let me introduce you to the guy on the left (top on mobile) first. That’s me in July of 2018. I took that photo because it was my “Day 1”. I was going to start losing weight and wouldn’t stop. This wasn’t my first try and it wouldn’t be my last. In fact, it wasn’t for a few more months that I found what worked for me to lose weight and keep it off long term. When I started to build momentum and see what fitness could do for me, I was motivated to help others do the same. I went back to school and got my NASM-CPT despite the pandemic that broke out right in the middle of that whole process.
In my time as a trainer, I’ve worked with clients who come from all sorts of backgrounds and had all kinds of goals. From weight loss to fixing joint pain to just being able to get down on the floor and get back up. Every person I work with is an individual with their own set of goals and their own limitations. I take pride in meeting a client where they are and helping them achieve their health and fitness goals.
If you choose to work with me, you’ll a trainer who has dealt with the discomfort of starting in a gym (I didn’t run a mile unbroken until I was 27). You’ll have a trainer who tried and failed multiple diets and felt the frustration each time (my favorite was when I vaguely had “eat only healthy foods” and then refused to eat all day before a late night binge). You’ll have a trainer who still hasn’t done a pull-up (but it working on it). You’ll have a trainer who is willing to not just coach you on your way to your goals but willing to be your biggest cheerleader as well. I want to be there for you when you succeed.
