Training Packages
Thank you for your interest in training with me! Below are the options I have for personal training. There are three separate ways to train:
-In-Person (Raleigh, NC area only): The way you’re used to seeing training happen. I write workouts, you show up and do them, I’m there the whole time. Check ins via text and email included.
-Online Programming: I write your workouts according to the equipment you have available at your gym. You just follow the workouts. Check in anytime via text and.or email.
-Online Training: I write your workouts and watch live as you do them. It’s like I’m there but I’m not really there.
