In-Person Training
$450.00 every month
Two in person, hour long sessions per week, with programming specific to you and your needs. I will be there to assist with form and answer questions as they arise.
Hybrid Training
$170.00 every month
Online programming designed for your individual goals plus one session per month (virtual or in person)
Online Training
$120.00 every month
Programming specialized for you and your goals. Check ins included.
